It’s a culture that allows us to leverage our unique backgrounds and experiences to challenge one another, to lean into being uncomfortable, and to unlearn and relearn as we continually evolve. Together, we’re defining values that we can stand behind and grow from, so everything we create leaves a lasting impact for the better.

Make/Change
We are intentionally challenging inequities, pushing beyond words without action. Our goal is to break and remake our culture so that our people can succeed, regardless of how they identify. Make/Change is a strategy for racial equity in creative companies. It’s about progress over perfection. It’s how we acknowledge our shortcomings and commit to designing a more equitable workplace, where everyone is responsible for making each other feel welcome, regardless of department or discipline.
Make/Good for Businesses
Make/Good for Businesses
As part of our commitment to Make/Good, our sustainability, social impact and volunteer program, R/GA is using our creativity to fight for racial equity in and outside of our agency. Make/Good for Businesses is an initiative specifically designed to provide pro bono services to Black, Indigenous, Latine and Asian businesses/organizations.
Through impactful partnerships, we’re dedicated to applying our skills to tackle intersectional issues around racial equity, the climate crisis, and social justice relevant to our people, clients, and industry.
